1st October the big day of our departure to India and what a trip it will be....!
Chennai, Pondicherry, Trivandrum, Varkala, the Backwaters, Ooty and the Wayanad, Kalpetta for some serious ayurveda, Mysore for some serious yoga, Bylakuppe for some zen budhism and Chennai before returning on 27th ! Quite a 40th celebration! More to follow....
